Exchange and Return

Register your returns easily online via email at admin@thekinen.com. All you need is the order number and the reasons for return within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

In case of damaged/defective products, refunds will be initiated through the same payment gateway within 10-14 working days.

Return is only possible for non-discounted product that has the piece unworn and is intact with all the tags and labels. This policy applies to a standard product only not for customised products.

In case the piece does not suit you, we can offer you a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 3 months, provided the piece is unworn and has all the tags and labels intact.

The Shipping cost incurred will not be refundable and shall not be part of the credit voucher. In case of a return and refund, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We accept returns after 24 hours of delivery.

Refund

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly initiate a refund. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase and will be completed within 10-14 business days. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve any issues promptly.

International Orders

We do not accept returns for any order shipped internationally unless the fault is at our end meaning that the product is defective, or a wrong item/size was shipped. If you are shipping an item over, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless sent with due diligence.

Sale items

We kindly inform you that only full-priced items in standard sizes are eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale items, offered at their best and final price, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
