Tags Must Be Intact: We do not accept returns or exchanges if the garment’s original tags have been removed or tampered with.

Unworn Condition: The garment must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Any signs of wear or damage will result in the return being declined.

Shipping Returns: As we do not offer reverse pickup services, customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our designated address. Please ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

No Refund Policy: As a homegrown, sustainable brand, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for future purchases.

Quality Check & Store Credit: Once the garment is received, we will conduct a thorough quality check. Upon approval, we will issue a one-time store credit, which can be used for your next purchase with us.
